Finished the Jubilee piece, yaaaay me!!!! ;D Now to go play video games since I’m being a hermit artist this Friday night.
Finished Gambit inks! A while back my friend Jon asked for a picture of Gambit. He’s been a really great friend, especially recently, so I wanted to make this for him now that I’m done at Walmart and feeling the artistic vibe again. Hopefully he digs this.
I used a cheap-o Raphael brush to ink this. The expensive one is too long and carries too much ink. I was initially going to just ink it with a brush pen, but now that I have time I wanted to get myself back into the habit of some brush inking.
After Ryan and I watched some late night Community (I’ve gotten him caught up to nearly halfway through Season 2), I decided to do some colors before bed. I was excited to see this through. Tried a few different things on this just to find out if they’d work. I’m pretty happy with the ultimate result!
